      I've received my item but I don't like it, can I send it back? 
      You may change your mind within 30 days of the Goods (except Customized or Personalised Goods) being delivered and receive a full refund. If you cancel once the Goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to us within 30 days of receiving them. You can cancel the Contract by emailing service@mylightinghome.com and providing your name, address, order details, and phone number. All refunds will be paid within 30 days of the Goods being returned. If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. If there is any manufacturer defect, you may return for a 100% refund, plus shipping cost that you paid for return, on any lighting fixture or related product. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded if the customer chose expedited shipping for the order.

      In all cases, you must ensure that Goods returned to us are in the original packaging and securely packaged. It is at the discretion of My Lighting Home to refuse a refund if the light is returned damaged or not as sold.

      Please contact us to discuss the best method to arrange the return of the Goods.

      For returned items, after we received them, it takes 1 - 3 business days for us to inspect for damage and restock. We will issue the refund accordingly after the inspecting process. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to be finalized depends on the bank and credit card company that you use.

      If you order Customized or Personalised Goods (even as a Consumer) and/or are a Business ordering standard Goods, you are not entitled to cancel the order or receive a refund.

      My item is faulty or damaged, what should I do? 
      You must inspect the condition of your order upon delivery. If you notice that the package has some damages on the outside, we kindly ask you to notify the courier and mark it down on the delivery slip. If an item from your order is faulty or damaged please notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of the delivery by sending an email to service@mylightinghome.com. Our Customer Service team will then get in touch to help resolve the issue as soon as possible. If we ship a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all fees.

      Where Goods are returned due to change of mind we will refund the price paid for the Goods by the method you used for payment. However, we may make reasonable deductions from the price (up to their entire value) to (a) compensate us for any damage to the Goods or loss of value caused by your handling them; (b) meet our collection or return delivery costs. You must ensure that Goods returned to us are in the original packaging and securely packaged.
